Paul took take action and began creating the concept of TemporaryChef.com. He started gathering the advice of people outside the kitchen, people who had experience in the business world, and over time the project began to take shape. He worked with advisors from the Small Business Development Centers, who provide management assistance to prospective small business owners. His secret to his success so far, has been to open his mind to the opinions and assistance of others. He has a great product and a great group of people helping him make his new venture a success. Paul has taken the grass roots marketing approach to market his project; an approach that is sure to succeed in the demographic group he is aiming for. He is also using a broad social marketing program with this daily blog content. Make sure you check out the Fried Coffee blog.
In sixteen short weeks, the site has really taken off and he isn't looking back! I am fortunate to have had the opportunity to speak with Paul about his website and his passion comes across in conversation about his product and his will to succeed. He is very active in helping the mature candidates and has pledged to not charge any of his retired chefs a fee for his service. We both seem to have a common goal in mind…we want to help the older mature worker get hired. I hope you take the time to check out his website, I wish you the best of luck on TemporaryChef.com.
